“On a Saturday morning I was advised by Health Connect Ontario to consult with a physician at the nearest local emergency department based upon symptoms I had experienced overnight, instead of waiting to see my doctor on Monday. My husband therefore drove me to BGH emergency, and from the time we arrived until the moment I had a prescription in hand (within about an hour and a half) I found all the staff, nurses and Dr. Collins to be personable, efficient and thoroughly professional.
