“I just wanted to take the opportunity to say how impressed I was with everyone I encountered during my two recent visits to TMH. I was in the Cysto Clinic on Feb 21 and the Minor Surgery Dept. on Mar 9. Everyone I spoke to on both visits was extremely polite and helpful. The nurses who assisted with both of my procedures were friendly and did everything they could to make me as comfortable as possible.

On my second visit (Mar 9) they were running slightly behind and the nurse took the time to apologize (even though I would say no apology was necessary).
