Due to extremely high call volumes into the hospital, individuals trying to call the main line may receive a busy signal. If you receive a busy signal, please wait a few minutes and try calling again.

If you are calling the COVID Assessment Centre line, we are experiencing extremely high volumes. Please consider registering through our online form: https://www.qhc.on.ca/pre-register-for-covid-assessment-centre-bellevilletrenton-only.php If you have already completed the form, but haven’t heard back, please note that due to the high volumes, it may take up to 72 hours to receive an appointment time.

Please do not call any of the Quinte Health Care hospitals to try to book a COVID-19 vaccine. There are no appointments available at our hospitals. Please use the provincial booking system to find a vaccine appointment: https://covid-19.ontario.ca/book-vaccine/
