Cancer Care Ontario has funded a new Symptom Management Telephone Support line for all active treatment patients in QHC's Oncology Clinic.

The telephone support line – CAREpath – will enable patients to access oncology certified nurses for symptom management, reducing possible emergency department visits or worsening of symptoms. Nurses in the community also have the option to call this number during after-hours for guidance.
