The 364-page ‘Functional Program’ draft is ready to go to the Board of Directors of Quinte Health Care (QHC) and the South East Local Health Integration Network (SE LHIN) before it’s submitted to the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care (MOHLTC). This planning document is the next submission in the 5-stage approval process for a new Prince Edward County Memorial Hospital.   Click here to read the full update.
