“I just wanted to say thank you to all of the personnel at the outpatient rehabilitation centre. Everybody was very helpful and friendly. I would like to say thank you to Cynthia (Cyndi) who was very attentive to my needs and made the visits easy, happy and very friendly. I would particularly like to say thank you to Genevieve. Although not a requirement, she spoke to me in French (my first language) and that really helped when things got a little harder for me when I thought that my recovery was going too slow. She eased my concerns, encouraged me and always kept me informed on the next steps.
