How to manage your symptoms- guides for patients: If you have cancer you may get side effects from treatment or symptoms from the cancer.  Cancer Care Ontario has created 10 patient guides to help you and your loved ones manage your symptoms.

The guides are filled with easy to understand, practical tips for what you should do and when to get help from your healthcare team.  Information in the guides is not medical advice. Please discuss your side effects and symptoms with your healthcare team.

Treatment and Support:  This section provides a variety of diagnosis, treatment and supportive care resources for health care professionals and patients. Resources for patients include a video series showcasing Canadians telling their personal stories about cancer, and information about cancer support networks. For health care professionals, resources range from evidence-based cancer guidelines to information about tumour classification.
