The guides are filled with easy to understand, practical tips for what you should do and when to get help from your healthcare team. Information in the guides is not medical advice. Please discuss your side effects and symptoms with your healthcare team.
Cancerview.ca- Treatment and Support: This section provides a variety of diagnosis, treatment and supportive care resources for health care professionals and patients. Resources for patients include a video series showcasing Canadians telling their personal stories about cancer, and information about cancer support networks. For health care professionals, resources range from evidence-based cancer guidelines to information about tumour classification.
Canadian Cancer Society: The Canadian Cancer Society is a national, community-based organization of volunteers whose mission is the eradication of cancer and the enhancement of the quality of life of people living with cancer. This site contains information on Cancer Types, Diagnosis and Treatment, and Support Services. The Canadian Cancer Society produces a number of informative brochures, and offers support services for patients and family members in the community.
