How to pay a bill

Methods of payment:

- Cheque in the mail (265 Dundas St E. Belleville ON K8N 5A9)

- Credit card over the phone: During business hours: For patients with a last name that starts with A – F, please call 613-969-740 ext 2795. For patients with a last name that begins with  G – N, please call 613-969-7400 ext 2798. For patients with a last name that starts with O – Z , please call 613-969-7400 ext 2355.

- During office hours come in person to patient registration at any of the four QHC hospitals, Belleville General Hospital, Trenton Memorial Hospital,  Prince Edward County Memorial Hospital and North Hastings Hospital. Patient registration at QHC Belleville General Hospital is open 24  hours. To obtain directions and parking information, click here or on the hospital name above.

Please note the following office hours for Patient Registration:

QHC BGH: 24 hours

QHC TMH: 6 am – 2 am

QHC PECMH: 7 am – 10:30 pm

QHC NH: 8 am – 10 pm
